With an apprenticeship at DES, you can live off the pay, make important contacts, gain valuable practical experience and work on some of the most exciting construction projects currently being realised in the German-speaking world. Your monthly salary is staggered as follows: 1st apprenticeship year 1,000 €, 2nd year 1,200 €, 3rd year 1,400 €, 4th year 1,600 €. It is also a fact that you will gain skills that will be of great value for your future professional life. And all the time you will be intensively supervised by us. Have we convinced you? What you already bring with you today

School qualifications: You already have a good knowledge of mathematics, physics and computer science. This is an advantage because these subjects will play a role in the course of your training and later in your job. However, practice is usually more important than theory.
Technical understanding: Technical system planners work with complex systems and installations. Therefore, you should definitely have a basic technical understanding in order to understand the function and interrelationships of the various components and to carry out appropriate planning.
Spatial imagination: A good spatial imagination helps you to create and interpret technical drawings and plans in 3D. This is important in order to recognise the connections between different elements of a system or a plant and to plan accordingly.
Communication skills: Our technical system planners often have to work together with different departments and specialists. Therefore, it is extremely important that you have good communication skills.

Welcome to DES GmbH, the engineering office for building technology based in Rostock, Berlin, Hamburg and Munich. Since 1991, we have stood for outstanding performance in the field of engineering and technical building services.

As one of the first digital planning offices, we place maximum value on sustainability in all details of technical processes, right down to paperless working and our environmentally conscious philosophy on employee mobility.
