More than just a degree.
At the BA Glauchau, you will receive first-class support in every phase of your studies and quickly find your way into an exciting everyday teaching environment. Only about 30 new students are trained in your degree programme each year, so that you can be individually catered for. In addition, you have quick access to the most modern teaching and laboratory buildings on campus. In cooperation with DES, you combine theory and practice and become fit for a secure and enormously exciting professional future in which you decide how and with what you realise yourself.
By the way: more or less all students are taken on by us afterwards - or find other jobs with above-average pay if they wish.

With a dual study programme at DES, you can live off the salary, make important contacts during your studies, gain valuable practical insights and work yourself on some of the most exciting construction projects currently being realised in the German-speaking world. Your monthly salary increases from year to year and is staggered as follows: 1st year: 1,000 € gross, 2nd year: 1,300 € gross, 3rd year: 1,600 € gross. It is also a fact that you will gain skills that will be of great value for your future professional life. And all the time you will be intensively supervised by us and the BA Glauchau. Welcome to DES GmbH, the engineering company for building technology with offices in Rostock, Berlin, Hamburg and Munich. Since 1991, we have stood for excellence in engineering and technical building services.
As one of the first digital planning offices, we place maximum value on sustainability in all details of technical processes, right down to paperless working and our environmentally conscious philosophy on employee mobility. On this basis, we plan and design aesthetically valuable buildings. We do not use pigeonhole concepts, but focus on style, value and transparency with the help of mixed reality and 3D plans in conjunction with the BIM method.
