Job profile
- Management of project teams
- Responsibility for demanding technical building equipment projects
- Specification of products and systems for the technical system planners
- Planning implementation of new construction and refurbishment projects of work phases 1-7 according to HOAI
- Design, calculation and drawing of technical building systems and installations in accordance with HOAI
- Maintaining legally compliant files on all contract-relevant processes in the project
- Active participation in internal and external planning meetings
- Proactive communication with clients and customers on project events
- Product research and consulting
Your competence
- Degree in building services engineering or technician/master craftsman with a planning background and at least 3 years of professional experience in building services engineering
- Revit knowledge desirable
- High social competence, tactful sensitivity
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Strategic way of thinking
- Commitment and negotiating skills
