A self-confident new building for the Hanseatic city.

At Mundsburger Damm, B99 Architekten BDA Sven Hidde and Laura Jahnke Partnerschaftgesellschaft mBb are realising a new building as an ideal basis for the working, living (microliving) and commercial life of the future. In addition, the complex contains a hall of residence for students geared to the needs of young people. In combination with opportunities for gastronomy and shopping, both on the top floor of the building and in the surrounding area, the new building on Mundsburger Damm will enrich the neighbouring district in the long term. We are laying an important foundation for this with advanced building services engineering (TGA) in the work phases 1-4 (optionally 5-7).

Building with BIM for optimal efficiency and cost security.

We use BIM (Building Information Modelling), the world's most advanced method for planning, construction and management, to design the TGA of Mundsburger Damm. All processes and details are planned using a "digital twin" of the building created in the cloud. The use of BIM enables maximum transparency, efficiency and cost security - taking the Mundsburger Damm as an example, we use it to secure a construction volume of €15 million (technical building services share €4,620,000) and can react flexibly and at short notice to unexpected scenarios. Find out how DES technology is enabling the construction of the future.

Contemporary architecture. BEG 55 EE standard.

With the BEG 55 EE standard, we achieve a first-class energy standard at Mundsburger Damm. The building requires only 55 percent of the energy of a conventional new building and is therefore particularly environmentally friendly. The sophisticated architecture of the new building on Mundsburger Damm also solves design challenges: The structure is organised polygonally around the interior. In addition, sufficient space is left free by the flattened roof to preserve all existing trees. Have we aroused your interest in environmentally conscious building that also functions economically? Then feel free to read on.
