In the middle of an up-and-coming quarter and only a few kilometers from Rostock's city centre, Neptun Kai is an ultra-modern office complex with five storeys and a multi-storey car park for the working worlds of tomorrow. DES TGA Design is responsible for the groundbreaking technical building equipment for the building (building 1: 12,957m2 incl. basement gross floor area; building 2: 4,547.9 m2 gross floor area; total TGA volume: € 7,408,000 gross), which is being constructed on the Warnufer in the Hanseatic city, with the aim of efficiently combining ecological and economic criteria. In the case of Neptun Kai, the technical building services fit seamlessly into the aesthetically sophisticated architecture, which is also able to set accents beyond the quarter.

The utilisation concept: well thought-out down to the smallest detail.

All of the office building's units have a convincing view of the water and offer flexible, light-flooded spaces. Facing Kurt-Dunkelmann-Strasse, the buildings form an ensemble and are arranged around a courtyard. Convenient access is provided via Kurt-Dunkelmann-Strasse to the south. The flexibly designed office spaces offer a variety of work uses in sizes between 100 and 2000 m². Tenants have attractive options such as open-plan offices, smaller team offices and conference rooms. Our building services department implements optimal solutions for the various uses of the complex with the aim of ensuring long-term sustainable operation.
